 We had always thought we would like a home finished in wood. The range of Lockwood designs was excellent and altering the plans to suit was not difficult.

This was a new experience for us and we learnt heaps. Roger kept us informed on what was going on all the time and communication between us and the builders was excellent. Living on site we got to know the builders well.

The sub contractors were of good quality and did their work on time when required. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole building experience and would definitely go through it all over again but don’t intend to for quite some time, as we do like the home that we have got, a modified Caribbean 3.

I would like to compliment you and your workers for the great job you did in renovating my ensuite. It is brilliant, the best shower I have ever had. I must say I was impressed with the fact that you started the job when you said you would, which from my experience doesn't seem to happen too often these days.

Having paid several builders and plasterers etc. to fix the leak in my lounge I congratulate you on getting to the bottom of it and am pleased to say that throughout the awful weather we have had I've no sign of a leak which is a great relief to me.
