Adstyle Homes Limited is the Lockwood franchise for the greater Whangarei/Dargaville area. Adstyle Homes is owned by Roger Raymond and Darren Bownes. Both have active roles within the company and along with their experienced team ensure that each stage of design, consents and construction run smoothly.

Roger Raymond: Born 1968, married with 3 children. I run my own building and developing business, and am passionate about building and Property Investing and am a qualified carpenter.
I have been involved with Property all of my life, buying my first rental investment property at 19 years of age. I have been self-employed since the age of 21, and established my first business Lifestyle Holdings at the age of 24.
Roger is the CEO and is also involved in the sales process.
Darren Bownes: Born in 1975 Darren has one daughter. Darren has been building for seventeen years in New Zealand and in England and is a qualified carpenter.
As well as a director of Adstyle Homes Darren is also the Site Supervisor, having the role of running all of the jobs and ensuring quality. Darren spends a lot of time liaising with clients and enjoys seeing their visions come alive.
